Thank you for shopping with Kallie Girl Co. Each item is made especially for you. We partner with Printify to produce and ship our products on demand, allowing us to reduce waste and deliver thoughtfully made items.

Order Processing & Production

All Kallie Girl products are made to order.

Production Time:
Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days after purchase.
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.

Please note that production times may vary during high-volume seasons or holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times begin after production is complete and vary by location:

U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping
International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Split Shipments

Because items may be produced at different Printify facilities, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kallie Girl Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us by sending us a message.

We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to assist where possible.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Kallie Girl Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
